With over 15 years of professional experience, I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) specialized in construction accounting, tax law, expert witnessing, and strategic financial leadership. Since 2019, I have been providing end-to-end financial advisory and executive reporting services through my own accounting practice, serving companies operating in construction, energy, manufacturing, and group structures across various industries.

I adopt a strategic approach that goes beyond traditional financial reporting by transforming financial data into decision-support mechanisms at board level. Through tax planning, profitability analysis, financial restructuring, and risk management, I aim to contribute strategically to companies’ sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

In the field of tax law, I actively provide advisory and legal support in tax and penalty assessments, tax audits, reconciliation procedures with the tax authorities, and litigation processes before tax courts. Additionally, in my capacity as a court-appointed expert (expert witness), I prepare objective and technical reports in financial and commercial dispute cases conducted before the courts.

I have further strengthened my expertise in strategic financial management by completing the “Leading CFOs of the Future – Strategic Financial Management Certificate Program” at BMI Business School Istanbul. With a CFO mindset, I deliver value-driven insights to senior management in areas such as financial strategy development, performance management, and investment decision-making.

As the Board Secretary of TESMER Kayseri Branch and a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Kayseri Chamber of Certified Public Accountants (24th Term), I actively contribute to the development of professional education, governance practices, and institutional discipline. In addition, I serve as a Bankruptcy Administrator, managing bankruptcy, liquidation, and restructuring processes in full compliance with legal and financial regulations.
